I've kept quiet for so long...For those who are curious- all this was for good reasons: many presentations, many investors, some more tours to Phoenix- kept me very happy and busy.
The market in AZ has changed a lot in those months. In the last tour we (investors and myself) were very surprised while we toured available properties in the East Valley (Chandler/Gilbert) and saw so many other people searching.
