Why did I buy 2 houses this weekend in Phoenix?










Hi all!



Just got back from a (hot) weekend in Phoenix, AZ!


Bought 2 houses in the East Valley- Chandler and Mesa and those are the reasons:


1. Paypal is hiring 2000 new employees in Chandler.



2. Intel is bulding a $5 billion sate-of-the-art new FAB in Chandler which will create thousands of jobs in the area!http://newsroom.intel.com/community/intel_newsroom/blog/2011/02/18/intel-to-invest-more-than-5-billion-to-build-new-factory-in-arizona

Inventory is scarce in the East Valley (Chandler, Gilbert , Mesa, Queen Creek) right now and prices are climbing up rapidly. Prices are around $115k-$150k, rents $1000 per month and up.

I expect both rents and prices to keep climbing up.


I'm not wasting time by sitting and waiting till it's too late...Are you????
