Sevilla, Spain vs. Indianapolis, Austin and Phoenix- USA

Just came back from Europe a few days ago and visited for the first time- beautiful Sevilla, Spain!
In between delicious tapas and amazing architecture, I checked the option of real estate investments and ....surprise, surprise! In spite of the "low" prices of Spain real estate, returns are very low- maybe 2%-3% at the best.
So- I am showing you a photo of two beautiful Sevillian patios- and my recommendation would be visit- but not buy there :-), as many US locations still offer way better returns!
