Vacation rentals: the NEW way to make MORE money on your investments!

Hello friends!

Have you heard of Airbnb.com, Flipkey.com, Vrbo.com? Maybe even used their services as guests?
This is an expanding trend all over the world- the business of hosting travelers in private apartments and homes is booming!

So- if you haven't tried any of those yet and plan to travel soon, wouldn't you prefer to stay at a lovely private home than at an hotel? Many other people would prefer that too and that's the reason I'm buying condos and renting them out to travelers and making much more money than with regular rents!

I discovered the Phoenix Metro area is perfect for that: golfers, snow-birds, patients for hospitals and guests of the thousands and thousands of retirees that relocate here- all look for short term rentals.
