Apple opening a plant in Mesa, AZ- what does it mean to YOU?

Friends, we need to hurry up with these ones before all the rest follow us!

What do you think it means to East Mesa and whoever invests there????

Wednesday I'll be spending the day there touring for opportunities. I'm focusing in a Golf Resort community nearby so we can make our investments vacation rentals and wait till appreciation keeps rising!
Or just hold it as a conventional rent and see the equity grow!

This is the time to buy- the market is half asleep because of the Holidays, so let's move faster before it wakes up and competition starts!
