This condo could make a PERFECT vacation rental...

Hello friends,

I saw this condo posted this morning and my heart skipped a beat- "this would be PERFECT for one of my investors" I thought...

Why?
- Excellent location in central Scottsdale,
- Complex that allows short term rentals,
- Popular for Canadian snow-birds,
- $110K asking price, would be around $27k down-payment only,
- Could bring in up to $1700 average rent per month,
.... and look at the pictures, looks so pretty and ready to be rented!







But unfortunately there is a BUT....and for that reason I would not advise any of my friends to purchase it as a vacation rental investment. Can you guess what it is???
