Vacation rentals: the NEW way to make MORE money on your investments!

Hello friends!

Have you heard of Airbnb.com, Flipkey.com, Vrbo.com? Maybe even used their services as guests?
This is an expanding trend all over the world- the business of hosting travelers in private apartments and homes is booming!

So- if you haven't tried any of those yet and plan to travel soon, wouldn't you prefer to stay at a lovely private home than at an hotel? Many other people would prefer that too and that's the reason I'm buying condos and renting them out to travelers and making much more money than with regular rents!

I discovered the Phoenix Metro area is perfect for that: golfers, snow-birds, patients for hospitals and guests of the thousands and thousands of retirees that relocate here- all look for short term rentals.

So friends- let's go off the "old model" and let's switch together to the "new way of renting" , making twice or three times of the market long term rents.

For those who made great investments in the Phoenix Metro area and fell in love with AZ and for those who haven't yet: Chandler is AZ's hi-tech hub with 4  Intel locations there (10,000 employees!),
EBay/Paypal, Microchip, Freescale  and many of others located in Chandler's  "Technology Corridor".

Sevilla, Spain vs. Indianapolis, Austin and Phoenix- USA

Just came back from Europe a few days ago and visited for the first time- beautiful Sevilla, Spain!
In between delicious tapas and amazing architecture, I checked the option of real estate investments and ....surprise, surprise! In spite of the "low" prices of Spain real estate, returns are very low- maybe 2%-3% at the best.
So- I am showing you a photo of two beautiful Sevillian patios- and my recommendation would be visit- but not buy there :-), as many US locations still offer way better returns!
