SOLD! Or why did we miss a real profitable investment?

Bummer- I SO wanted this one for one of YOU guys! And we missed it.

This cutie has just been sold to a local buyer....

It was such a good price and in such great condition! And WE missed it!




Why was it a good investment?
Because-
1. Those studio condos are very popular in The Hague, lots of single people (older or younger) love them so they are very easy to rent....Right now there's only one unit for rent in the whole building ( over 120 units).
2. The smaller the condo the better the return and that's why I have already bought two units in this same building!
3. Sales prices are still relatively low in Holland (compared to the US) but properties are selling way faster than they used to. If you are interested- let me know and I'll email the information to you as soon as the next attractive condo is listed!
4. This specific building has just been remodeled so it  is high end - looks great and attracts buyers and renters.
5. This specific suburb of The Hague (Holland's capital) is very quiet and green,  has its own hi-tech industrial areas nearby, two universities a few minutes away by train), Shell's headquarters and the International Patent office, as well as embassies and consulates a few trams stops by bus/tram.
5. Investment expenses in Holland are low compared to the US, which means a higher return on your investment.
