As you can see, I don't wait as I totally believe in the Indy market. However- the inventory is starting to run low which means....a price increase is around the corner. The "Phoenix syndrom" seems to be happening here too: high demand for rentals but- hedge fundsare showing up, bidding and rising prices, lowering the  inventory...I'm not happy with this situation at all :-(.

Why will I buy as many as I can in 2013?- 3 options for YOU!

As many of you know, my investment properties will be securing my retirement maaaaany years from now :-). However, I'm planning to buy as many as possible for myself this year because:

a. Prices in some locations are still very affordable (Indianapolis,IN) but that won't last for long,
