3 options in Indy for fast decision makers!

Since my last posting most of the properties my partners had available were sold!

Annapolis- Pending!

Winship- SOLD (to me :-))!

As you can see, I don't wait as I totally believe in the Indy market. However- the inventory is starting to run low which means....a price increase is around the corner. The "Phoenix syndrom" seems to be happening here too: high demand for rentals but- hedge fundsare showing up, bidding and rising prices, lowering the  inventory...I'm not happy with this situation at all :-(.
